Read your licence card

Each business has its own card. If you have several businesses, you'll see one card for each.

  1. 1 Click Licence in the left menu.
  2. 2 Your subscription status: Active, Past Due (a payment failed), Canceled or Trialing.
  3. 3 Licence Expiry is the date your licence ends. Status counts the days left: green when there's plenty of time, amber within 30 days, red within 7 days or once expired. Plan shows whether you pay monthly, yearly or have a lifetime licence.
  4. 4 Your add-ons and whether each one is On or Off for this business.
  5. 5 Add Multi-Counter adds more counters. Once you have it, the button changes to Manage counters. You can also do this from Add-ons.
  6. 6 Devices shows how many devices are signed in out of how many you're allowed, with each device's name, when it was last seen and its app version.

How many devices can I use?Your licence includes 1 device. Each Multi-Counter counter you add allows 1 more. With 2 counters, for example, you can sign in on 3 devices.
Licence running out?Email info@wipos.cc or contact your dealer to renew before the expiry date, so your counters keep working.

Deactivate a device If needed

Do this when a device is broken, lost, sold, or replaced by a new one. If a new device shows "This business has reached its device limit" when signing in, you need to deactivate an old device first.

Click Deactivate next to the device, then click Email me a code. A 6-digit code is sent to your sign-in email.

  1. 1 Type the code from the email. It expires in 10 minutes.
  2. 2 Click Verify.
  1. 1 Check the device name, then click Deactivate device.

The device is signed out immediately and its slot is freed. Now just sign in on the new device. It registers itself, with no need to contact support.

Sync first if you canIf the old device still works, make sure it's online and its sales have synced before you deactivate it. Sales that never reached the cloud stay on that device.
No email arrived?Check your spam folder, wait a minute, then close the window and try again. The code goes to the email you use to sign in to the dashboard.

Still stuck? Email info@wipos.cc with your business name.
