Add-ons

1. 1 Click Add-ons in the left menu.
2. 2 The badge shows whether you have it: Not subscribed, Active, Ending soon (cancelled, still working until its end date) or Past due (a payment failed).
3. 3 Price — the monthly price for this add-on.
4. 4 Click Add to Cart on each add-on you want.
5. 5 An add-on you already have shows when it Renews, and a Cancel add-on button.
6. 6 Your cart lists the bundle discounts you can unlock.

1. 1 An add-on in your cart shows ✓ In cart — Remove. Click it again to take it out.
2. 2 The discount you've unlocked.
3. 3 The price before and after the discount, per month.
4. 4 Click Checkout.
5. 5 A reminder of how many more add-ons you need for the next discount.

A secure Stripe payment page opens in a new tab. Enter your card details there and pay. When you're done, come back to the dashboard and click Refresh. The add-on shows Active, and your devices pick it up the next time they sync, or straight away if you sign out and back in on the device.

Multi-Counter Hub is priced per extra counter. When you click Add to Cart on it, you're asked how many:

1. 1 Click − or +, or type the number of extra counters (1 to 50).
2. 2 The monthly total for that number.
3. 3 Click Add to Cart.

Count only the extra counters. Your first device is already included in your licence, so a shop with 3 counters needs 2.

Once subscribed, the card shows Manage counters. Use it to add or remove counters later, then click Update. The change shows on your next bill.

Click Cancel add-on on the add-on's card. Cancelling takes 4 short steps, so it can't happen by accident.

1. 1 The bar shows how far along you are.
2. 2 Keep my add-on stops at any point. Nothing is changed.
3. 3 Click Continue to go on.

Step 1 · Verify it's you

Click Email me a code, type the 6-digit code from your email, and click Verify code. This works the same way as deactivating a device. Then click Continue.

Step 2 · Why are you cancelling?

1. 1 Tick at least one reason.
2. 2 Add anything else you'd like us to know. This is required if you ticked Other.
3. 3 Click Continue.

Step 3 · What happens when you cancel

1. 1 Read what changes for this add-on. The billing and data rules are explained below.
2. 2 Tick the box to confirm you've read it.
3. 3 Click Continue.

Step 4 · Acknowledgement

1. 1 Read the statement.
2. 2 Tick the box to accept it.
3. 3 Click Cancel my add-on.

A confirmation shows when the add-on ends. Click Done. The card now shows Ending soon until that date.
