WiPOS stores your data locally on the device and syncs to the cloud when connected. If your internet drops, you can continue processing sales — everything syncs automatically once you're back online.
Yes. WiPOS supports both Bluetooth thermal printers and network (IP/WiFi) receipt printers. For Bluetooth, pair once and WiPOS remembers it. For network printers, enter the IP address and port — no drivers needed. Both 58mm and 80mm paper widths are supported, and you can print 1 or 2 copies per receipt.
You can cancel anytime with no penalties. Your account stays active until the end of your current billing period, and your sales history remains accessible.
Each subscription covers one business account and one active POS device. Contact us if you need to discuss multi-device setups for your store.
